Treasurer's report for 2024 --
Attached are photos of the following reports:
{They are posted here as a photo slideshow, so you will need to hit "Play" to wade through them}.
1. Donor report. This is a summary list of all our donors for the year, with email addresses. I can send a "Thank You" email to these folks, and I would be willing to send snail-mail to them as well, but I don't have their mailing addresses.
2. Bank report, summary and details.
3. First 2024 bank statement and last 2024 bank statement, to show a match on beginning and ending balance to match the "Running balance" report.
I attempted to achieve a balance between informative and exhaustive. I have other items that I could post out here, including printed receipts and other bank statements, and PayPal account transactions, if you wish. Let me know if you want to see other things here.
I also redacted the Jan and Dec bank statements to exclude account#. I don't trust this webpage to be THAT secure. Theoretically, by leaving that off, I could be spinning a tale out of gossamer, and faking the whole thing. But that level of creativity exceeds my pay-grade.

4. Unfinished business: The "Paypal Giving Fund" is still being a bit tricky. The link they gave me, that supposedly will NOT CHARGE us anything for a donation by a Paypal customer, is not working that way. For example, after our last party, I experimented by donating via the link, instead of a direct Paypal transactions, and we got nicked an extra dollar, which should not have happened. So I will be calling those folks again. Then I will finish updating our website with proper links and explanations (with the details on a separate page).
